If your order pickup fails, it will be reflected on the Order Details page in the Shopee app. You may contact the seller directly to ask about rescheduling pickup.
If the seller does not arrange pickup or ship the order within the given time frame, it will be automatically canceled by the system. We will then proceed to refund you accordingly if your mode of payment is not COD.
Track your order in the Shopee app. If tracking is delayed, allow 24–48 hours for couriers to update the status. You may also contact Shopee Supported Logistics for help.
